I, David Kirschner, of the Town of North Merrick, in the State of New York, in the United States of America, MAKE OATH AND SAY:

1.   I am a licensed clinical psychologist in the State of New York practicing forensic and general clinical psychology with a special interest in the area of adoption. I am the author of a number of articles on adoption issues published in academic journals and presented to conferences.

2.   My educational, clinical and publication history are set out in my short form curriculum vitae which is attached as exhibit "A" to my affidavit. I have been qualified as an expert in numerous criminal trials, primarily in respect of the issue of sentencing.
